Part Two: Explore Africa

Part two of the educational programme will teach students about the African continent. This is a six session geography unit which also links to other curriculum areas, such as art and design, to give a rounded view of one specific African country.

From this page you can access all the information and resources on the 'Explore Africa' module. The resources below should be used as a starting point and will provide the basis for a six session module which can be expanded and edited to suit individual classroom needs. We would suggest that teachers identify one key African country that the Phoenician ship expedition will visit (e.g. Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa or Ghana) and tailor the programme for your specific country.
